One Michelin Star restaurant Alma by Juan Amador has come up with an exclusive takeaway menu for Mother’s Day, specially curated for discerning palates.
For starters, indulge in luxurious Amur Caviar with potato blinis, celeriac and pear salad. Warm up the soul with a comforting Smoked Tomato Veloute Gochujang.
The main course is a flavourful Salt Baked Kinki Fish & Langoustine, served with herbed gnocchi, Tumeric Scented Bouillabaisse and Jerusalem Artichokes with Curry Leaves. The Kinki Fish will come encased in salt with baking instructions for optimal flavour at home.
To end the meal on a sweet note are delectable Hojicha Tea-ramisu and Gula Melaka Caneles.
