Hello, fellow foodies, did you spend your CNY weekend wisely? I am sure it must have been filled with good banter and even greater food amongst family and friends.

The people at Ginger @ PARKROYAL on Beach Road have decided to shine a beacon of hope to all of us by introducing their new weekday lunch deal, which will run from 12 P.M. to 2 P.M..
For this tantalising lunch promo, the Mentaiko Lobster will be paired with Shanghai noodles alongside a bowl of chawanmushi and salad (coz’ it all about balanced eating).
Going at $18++, you will also get a soft drink but you can make your meal extra “balanced” with a slice of cake and a serving of fresh fruits for only $3.
But here’s the catch, the lobsters are limited to 20 servings per day, ensuring the quality of the dish.
So, if I were you, I wouldn’t wait too long.
But, for those who can’t resist a hearty lunch, there is a myriad of other dishes that will whet your appetite equally at $12.80++,that also comes with a soft drink.
For people who are not in the mood for hawker food and has cravings for western cuisines,they can satisfy their cravings here.
From Chicken Parmigiana, Teriyaki Salmon Steak to Croffle Wraps stuffed with beef pastrami, you will need more than one trip to Ginger!
For those who still yearn for local fare but looking to dine in comfort can tuck into dishes such as their Stewed Pork Belly, served with jasmine rice and mixed salad; Penang King Prawn Noodles that comes with fish cake and sliced pork; Bak Kut Teh served with Chinese fritter and jasmine rice; and the classic Hainanese Chicken Rice.

I gotta admit; sports apparel’s pretty cool.
That’s the only reason why I always deck out in sportswear and shoes, really. Just so that I can appear cool. But as a wise old man once said:
Aw shuddup, that’s not stopping me!
